- All “SELL WITH RITEMOVE PRIVATE” deals will be split 50% to the Agent assisting the client.
THE AGENT: - Shall have access to the back end of RiteMove in order for them to load and control their own/teams stock.
- Shall have NO area restrictions.
- Shall have NO property type restrictions (residential/commercial sales/rentals).
- Agents are able to use their own bond originator and conveyance.
- All sales and rentals including FICA/POPI documents are to be submitted to RiteMove.
- Commission bridging/advances can be arranged subject to all suspensive conditions being fulfilled and signed off by a RiteMove director.
- Can use Your Own Brand (*Powered by RiteMove/JCI) or use the RiteMove/JCI brand.
- All marketing material must display (*Powered by RiteMove/JCI).
AGENT COMMISSION
- 70% - 100% Sales/Rental Commissions to the Agent.
- Earn Bond Commission when using RiteMove Financial Services to assist with obtaining a bond.
